We’d like to take a moment to assure you that although we are under a “Safe at Home” ordinance in Wisconsin, we will continue to be here to support you and your business. With 30 years in the industry, we know how important our customers are. During these difficult times, we understand the importance of stability and will be working hard to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
Our sales and customer support staff will be working remotely to answer all your questions. If you would like to contact us, we highly recommend you email info@hoopmaster.com. If you call us, you will need to leave a message, as our staff does not have access to our phone system outside of the office. Phone messages will be checked throughout the workday, and our staff will do their best to get back to you in a timely manner. We suggest you email for the fastest response.
Our warehouse will be staffed with a very limited number of employees. This ensures your orders will continue to be fulfilled and shipped, but will limit unnecessary risks. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same day shipping at this time. Once your order is received, we will email you with a shipping date. Please be aware that we drop ship for many of our dealers. Under most circumstances, ordering from one of them will not expedite your order. If you need to order something and it is critical that you receive it quickly, please send us an email and we will let you know when we think the item will ship. We can also check with our dealers to see if they may have stock. If they do, we will get you in contact with them to help limit any delay.
